Rated for 6,000 psig while meeting pressure and flow specifications, this full-port valve delivers the performance needed for high-flow applications.

  • Bi-directional flow and shutoff capabilities simplify installation by removing the potential for incorrect valve orientation during assembly.
  • Simplified design with a variety of end connections, including integral Swagelok tube fittings that range in size from 3/8 in. to 1 in., minimizing labor and component requirements.
  • 100% assembly testing and body seal performance is validated with available hydrostatic system proof testing up to 1.5 times the maximum rated pressure.
  • Valves feature a bolt pattern that can be used as an installation point for an optional lockout handle or panel mount, as well as a bracket compatible with an ISO 5211 pneumatic actuator.
  • GB series ball valves feature a standardized design and a variety of configuration options to reduce inventory
    requirements while maintaining ease of installation and use.

  • The Swagelok GB series ball valve is available in a variety of alloy materials such as 6-Moly, Alloy 2507, and Alloy C-276, as well as materials selected in accordance with NACE MR0175/ ISO 15156 for sour gas applications.
  • The valve also complies with ASME B31.1 and B31.3 standards for power and process piping systems.
